Ko and Nazuna go to Nazuna’s old school in order to learn more about her forgotten past. When there, they meet Nazuna’s former teacher, Niko. Niko gets Nazuna to remember her old friend, Kyoko, who may have more answers if she can get in touch with her. Meanwhile, a current student; Rila, sets her sights on making Ko her boyfriend.
The bulk of this volume is a flashback to when Nazuna toyed with the idea of attending school like a human girl. Since we spend so much time on this backstory, we don’t get to more forward. I like learning about Nazuna but again, I want to know about the hunter and how she will get involved further. 3.9 out of 5.
