All these crochet washcloths will be up in the shop very soon!
My newest creation is gone but I am hard at work on more items! Not sure if anything will be ready in time for the holidays but I shall try!
All this is doing wonders for my stash-busting, let me tell you… I’ve always had too much yarn so don’t worry; plenty more items will be coming. And not just scarves, either.
I’m not selling the box as a lot. I’ll be posting these as individual listings on That Sinking Ship over the next few days.
As I clean up and clean out, I still have a bunch of yarn floating around. Luckily, people are still asking me to make things for them, despite it taking me fucking forever to make these, I am still going along with my plan to pay all of what I have termed “yarn debts” to people who’ve made requests of me.
Here is the progress I’ve made so far an another baby blanket:
It’s slow going but I’m happy with the results. I have some washcloths I want to make to match these colors before I mail them out.
After this, more of the stuff I make will either go up into my shop or eBay if you’re in the market for such things. I love making these but there’s only so many things I can use for myself. No matter how much I may wanna keep them.
Too long ago, my cousin had a baby and seeing as how I crochet very slowly (and used to have people actively hindering me from doing needlework but thankfully, they go hinder someone else now) I still hope the little one can use it now that it’s done. It’s a very simple blanket with a black border; both acrylic yarn so you can wash the dickens out of it. This took a giant skein of pink yarn so this is a pretty decent dent in my stash!
This one is a gift but eventually I’ll be selling these as well. 🙂
I’ve been pretty determined about getting rid of my giant yarn stash (it’s frightening, really) and getting to all the projects people have asked me for, so I’ll be posting things for your greedy little eyes to feast on as they’re completed. This is a crochet scarf that I mostly made for shits and giggles. Nobody asked me for it so I’ll probably be selling it if anyone wants it. It took up an entire skein of yarn to I’m happy to say it’s one skein down… Waaaayy too many to go.
Happy Wednesday everybody! 😀 I thought I’d try and get in the habit of a weekly check in with you all to let you know how things are going writing wise since I’m sure you’re all chomping at the bit to see more work from me. 😉
First of all, Winter Boot is nearly complete. I have two, maybe three short chapters to go and I’ll get to posting them on Fiction Fridays again as soon as they’re typed and edited. I’m also working on a loose outline for a lesbian romance called “10 Summers” which will be my next FF offering.
I haven’t touched Greenhouse. You can throw rocks at me later.
I am currently working on a small collection of my erotica. When I say “small,” I mean 3-4 stories I plan to put on Amazon all together. I’m trying to match them up so they all kinda fit together but judging from what I’ve seen offered on Amazon in terms of cheap erotica, I could throw them together like mixed nuts and nobody would give a crap.
I have also been sketching, crocheting, and knitting. Expect pictures of my crafts to be popping up on here more often. 😉 I don’t sketch fast enough for my Deviant Art or Storm Artist galleries to be updated all the time but with more practice, I’ll get there.
Yes, I effing slipped on the ice again last week. Winter can officially fucking suck it. Please give me Spring before I kill myself. >_<
All in all, for a gal who’s only three months off demanding a divorce, I’m not doing too badly! I’m not writing more to distract from my feelings, I’ve been dealing with my feelings so well, I have more mental energy to write! If I can stop slipping on, hitting, or getting hit by anything for a few
months YEARS, I’ll be in good shape here.
Really, Gravity; what did I ever do to you?
