I thought I was gonna be all cute and have a greasy burger lunch and just eat a healthy dinner but the burger was crap. Totally not worth the money or effort to eat it. The cucumber I sliced up for dinner was more satisfying. At least I know not to order from there again.
As for the workout, the kettle bell workout for 30 minutes is a hard session. My hands were shaking once I was done but in a good way. I don’t feel like I pushed myself too far or hurt myself. I feel like I should focus on my abs more but the upper body stuff makes me feel like I’m getting stronger. I can tell I’m able to do more reps than before. Not that I plan in doing any super heavy lifting but, it still feels nice.
