Today’s Workout: Lost

I was wondering how I was going to squeeze in some kind of activity today and when my friend called me that she needed me to bring something back to work after she’d left, I thought “Eh, I’ll walk over there real quick.” and didn’t tell her. She thought I’d gotten lost while driving when twenty minutes went by and I didn’t show up. But my car is in such shitty shape, I wasn’t gonna bother with is when my feet work just fine.

But now my feet hurt! But pain is progress? I guess in this case pain is thinking that your comfortable work shoes can carry you almost three miles as if it’s comparable to shuffling around the library but hey, movement is movement, right?
