Today’s Workout: Challenge Day 16

Since my child requested peaches and I am not about to deny them a healthy snack (or anything aside for Taki’s), after I did the desk peddler for half an hour, I took a nice walk to the store to get those. My total steps for the day wasn’t anything close to when I do a run but, anything is better than sitting most of the day.

As a note, even with the Saxenda out of my system, I’m still not eating like I did before I started taking it. I’m hovering around 1,100 calories a day when on the meds it was 700-900 calories. Actually looking at those numbers, I do wonder if I fucked up my metabolism and I am mentally preparing myself for the scale to go up a little before it starts to go back down. As long as I’m still active, I shouldn’t gain too much weight back.
