
While the desk peddler is well and good, I’ve been feeling like I’d like to get back to running again. I kinda miss it and and I’m paying for the full version of the Zombies Run app so, I don’t see why not? I may have to become a weekend warrior when it comes to that, sticking to weekends or if I work late one day. Even three days a week would be good since I don’t wanna push too hard again and end up hurting myself.
As for food, I am definitely feeling the Saxenda. I don’t feel hungry around dinner time if my lunch is big enough but I have to eat something so, I make something small. I don’t feel faint and I’m being careful but if I start running again, I have to eat just a little more. I’ve felt the effects of running without enough energy to do so and it’s not fun.
