Now that the fight with Bishamonten is over, Yato has to really decide if he will cut ties with Hiyori for her own safety (despite the little problem of her jumping out of her body in spirit form… Which Yato said he would fix for her). But Yato cannot survive unless a human remembers him and any clients forget about him after the job is done. Not to mention Stray is still a threat and trying to get Yato in to deep trouble.
Yato is super adorable and super scary at the same time in this volume. We’re getting more into Yato’s past and why he wants a shrine so badly. There’s also the little mater of Yato’s father. Why has Stray been told to bring Yato back to his dad? I guess we’ll find out but Yato doesn’t seem to want anything to do with him.
