Happy Birthday to me! And this week’s workouts

Between hurting my back and the stomach flu, I threw in the towel and started C25K from scratch.

I may not have needed to start completely over since these runs felt easy but I don’t want to push too hard after coming off of the stomach flu. I’ve rushed back into running after being sick before and ended up relapsing. And I’m quite happy not to feel like I’m going to throw up every time I eat anything more complicated than broth and rice.

Week two I’ll try to up the speed and do other workouts on my off days. I’m working on two races in Yes!Fit and the Zombies Run! Spring Virtual Race is coming up. I want to be ready for it.
