Today’s Workout: Double Training


I had this really long training at work so, I figured I’d use my under desk bike while I listened so I could workout earlier in the day and do something else when I got home. I think it worked out well and I decided my second workout would be some much needed stretching. I usually don’t but I need to make that more of a habit. That and weight training to build muscle.
