Workout Dump: It’s getting hot

I’ve been working out regularly again, and it feels really good. I thought it would take longer for me to feel smoother while running and getting my stamina up, but nah! 30 minutes is a sweet spot for fitting it into the day, but I do feel like I could run longer.

I am having too much fun with these little notes. I missed these! They didn’t use to come with every mission. I’m fine with it! It’s a cool addition!

I’ve been eating a lot of random shit. I also discovered making fries in Wagyu beef tallow is amazing but terrible for any diet ever. I don’t make fries at home often anyway. It was a nice treat. I will try to post these same day in the future so I have better insights than “this wuz gud” before moving on. Even with the weather warming up, I’m determined to be more consistent with everything I’m doing right now.
